(English Summary:) In this paper, exact solutions for the (3 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear Charney-Obukhov equation are obtained, and their application in modeling waves and vortices in the ocean is discussed. The solutions for the ocean demonstrate the transition from laminar flow to a flow containing vortices by changing the parameter values.
