Thermoelectricity in massive-massless complex graphene structures

R. Rodriguez-Gonzalez et al.

Summary: This study investigates the transport properties and thermoelectric effects of Dirac particles in gapped graphene structures using a complex configuration. The results demonstrate self-similar conductance and Seebeck coefficient patterns in complex thermoelectric systems, which can be replicated for different structural parameters through scaling equations. The study also presents a general scaling expression for the conductance and Seebeck coefficient, suggesting the potential for uncovering exotic phenomena such as self-similar quantum transport in graphene.
