Cockayne syndrome type: a very rare association with hemorrhagic stroke

Summary: Cockayne syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by neurodevelopmental delay, cutaneous photosensitivity, and cachectic dwarfism. We present a case of a 16-year-old female with this syndrome who developed a rare hemorrhagic stroke, as shown on neuroimaging.
