Quality of life, gastrointestinal symptoms, sleep problems, social support, and social functioning in adults with autism spectrum disorder

Geraldine Leader et al.

Summary: This study found that gastrointestinal symptoms and sleep problems are common comorbid conditions in adults with ASD. Sleep problems are related to certain aspects of QoL, while social support is positively correlated with higher QoL, and poorer social functioning is associated with lower QoL.
