Stem cell therapy provides a new approach for reconstructing central nervous system function and nerve regeneration. This study investigates the impact of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation on neural repair in an animal model of spinal cord injury. The combined treatment of graphene nanomaterials and autologous BMSC transplantation shows significant effects on neuropathic pain caused by spinal cord injury.
Stem cell therapy provides a new way for central nervous system function reconstruction and nerve regeneration. In this study, the effect of mobilizing autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) on neural repair in an animal model of spinal cord injury (SCI). In this study, using a more con-venient and efficient in vivo automatic homing method, combining nanomaterials may have integrated topographic and electrical effects on neural stem cell migration and differentiation. The effect and related mechanism of graphene nanomaterials combined with autologous BMSC transplantation in the treat-ment of neuropathic pain caused by spinal cord injury. Our study show Prove that the BMSCs successfully colonize and secrete neurotrophic factors. In the golden period of early repair of nerve injury, the use of a new graphene to guide the proliferation and differentiation of autologous BMSC to achieve the continu-ation of nerve regeneration, may complete the function and accelerate the recovery and reduce the occur-rence of neuropathic pain.(c) 2022 The Author(s).
