Scalar dark matter, neutrino mass and leptogenesis in a U(1) B-L model

Subhasmita Mishra et al.

Summary: Research on the phenomenology of singlet scalar dark matter in a simple U(1)( B-L ) gauge extension of the standard model was conducted, with the addition of four exotic fermions for anomaly-free conditions. The study focused on calculating relic density, DM-nucleon cross section, mass of Z ' and gauge coupling, as well as discussing the impact of flavor in leptogenesis. Constraints on new gauge parameters were also examined, revealing more stringent restrictions from the dark sector compared to the flavor sector.

Flavoured resonant leptogenesis at sub-TeV scales

A. Granelli et al.

Summary: Flavoured resonant leptogenesis at sub-TeV scale is studied in the context of minimal type-I seesaw scenario, focusing on the case where the masses of the pseudo-Dirac pair are less than or similar to 100 GeV. It is shown that successful leptogenesis is achievable for pseudo-Dirac pair masses in the range of (0.3 - 100) GeV, with flavour effects playing a significant role in enhancing the asymmetry.

A dark clue to seesaw and leptogenesis in a pseudo-Dirac singlet doublet scenario with (non)standard cosmology

Partha Konar et al.

Summary: An alternative scenario of leptogenesis assisted by dark matter is proposed, where the dark sector plays a crucial role with specific mass terms and unique constructions to evade direct detection. This setup also offers potential for the radiative generation of active neutrino masses and plays a critical role in both dark matter and baryogenesis through unconventional thermal history of the Universe.

Baryogenesis from the weak scale to the grand unification scale

Dietrich Boedeker et al.

Summary: This review discusses the current status of baryogenesis with a focus on electroweak baryogenesis and leptogenesis, including models, mechanisms, and constraints. Progress has been made in studying the generation of baryon asymmetry through sphaleron processes and CP-violating decays, with implications for composite Higgs models and neutrino masses. Additionally, advancements in thermal leptogenesis and possible probes of the seesaw mechanism and B - L breaking at the GUT scale by gravitational waves are also highlighted.

Low energy constraints from absolute neutrino mass observables and lepton flavor violation in left-right symmetric model

Srubabati Goswami et al.

Summary: In the context of the minimal left-right symmetric model, correlations among the three absolute neutrino mass observables were studied, with consideration given to two phenomenological cases and independent constraints from various sources. The study determined the combined allowed parameter space for future experiments and revealed constraints on heavy particle masses and neutrino mass observables. These constraints have the potential to rule out unexplored parameter space by collider experiments.

Majorana neutrinos in same-sign W±W± scattering at the LHC: Breaking the TeV barrier

Benjamin Fuks et al.

Summary: This study revisits the sensitivity to heavy Majorana neutrinos in same-sign W+W+ scattering at the LHC, showing that a simple collider analysis can achieve remarkable signal-background separation power for detecting heavy neutrinos in a specific mass range. The (WW +/-)-W-+/- scattering channel greatly extends the mass range covered by current LHC searches for heavy Majorana neutrinos and adds invaluable sensitivity above a few hundred GeV. There is potential for improvement in the analysis and the applicability to other tests of neutrino mass models.
