Ag-Sb/Cu interfacial reactions and Ag-Cu-Sb phase equilibria

Summary: Ag-Sb alloys are promising materials in joining applications, and this study investigates the interfacial reactions and phase equilibria of Ag-41.0 at%Sb/Cu at different temperatures. No ternary compound is observed in the Ag-Cu-Sb system, and the ternary solubilities in the binary compounds are not significant. Different reaction phases are formed in the couples reacted at 300 degrees C and 500 degrees C.
