This paper starts with discussing the problem of evaluating the mechanical product design quality with dual hesitant fuzzy information in context of decision making solutions based on multiple attributes. And then, based on the induced Choquet ordered averaging (I-COA) operator, this paper further present the induced dual hesitant fuzzy Hamacher correlated averaging (I-DHFHCA) operator. Furthermore, this research devised an application model that tries to provide treatments of current difficulties of the multiple attribute decision making under dual hesitant fuzzy environment. At last, a practical example for evaluating the mechanical production design quality is illustrated to show the proposed idea and prove its usability and performance.
