The synergistic existence of Pt nanospheres and PTA nanorods with PDPA matrix enhances the electron transfer, providing an excellent alternative for efficient MEOR in fuel cells applications.

Summary: In this study, a Pd@PANI-PDPA nanocomposite was prepared and characterized for its morphology, chemical composition, vibrational spectra, and crystallographic structure, as well as its electrocatalytic activity. The results showed that the Pd@PANI-PDPA catalyst exhibited excellent activity and stability towards methanol and ethanol oxidation reactions in an alkaline medium, making it a promising anode catalyst for future direct alcohol oxidation reactions.

Summary: Metal-free polyaniline nanorod (PANI-NR) with graphitic carbon nitride (GCN) nanocomposite was successfully synthesized by solar irradiation approach in an acidic medium without the need for surfactant and template. The synthesized PANI-NR/GCN nanocomposite exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity, low charge resistance, high stability, and longevity towards methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) in an alkaline medium, making it a promising material for potential applications in energy storage and conversion devices.
