Surface Hopping Dynamics with the Frenkel Exciton Model in a Semiempirical Framework

Eduarda Sangiogo Gil et al.

Summary: The implementation presents a efficient approach for simulating dynamics of multichromophoric systems using the Frenkel exciton model within the framework of the semiempirical FOMO-CI method. The nonadiabatic molecular dynamics is handled by surface hopping method and the exciton coupling is computed either exactly or through transition atomic charges, with validation carried out on a specific molecular structure.
