Demand response strategy of game between power supply and power consumption under multi-type user mode

Qing Lu et al.

Summary: A dynamic pricing strategy based on a non-cooperative Stackelberg model is developed in this paper to address the contradiction between power supply and demand in the electricity market, taking into consideration different types of electricity users and their varying needs and impacts. Utility functions are used to represent the benefits and dissatisfaction of power supply and demand sides. The model is solved using the NSGA-II algorithm and validated through sensitivity analysis in actual cases.

A cooperative Stackelberg game based energy management considering price discrimination and risk assessment

Guanguan Li et al.

Summary: This paper presents a bi-level energy management framework for coordinating peer-to-peer energy trading in the retail market. The framework utilizes a cooperative Stackelberg game model and stochastic programming with CVaR to address uncertainty, with a two-phase approach to solve the nonlinear bi-level programming model. The proposed model is demonstrated to be effective through numerical cases.

Modelling utility-aggregator-customer interactions in interruptible load programmes using non-cooperative game theory

Soheil Mohseni et al.

Summary: Aggregator-activated demand response is seen as a way to increase flexibility in renewable energy systems. This paper uses game theory to study the impact of different customer classes' price elasticity on system-level dispatch of demand response resources. The results show that activating the flexibility potential of end-consumers plays a significant role in transitioning to 100% renewable energy systems.

A double-sided non-cooperative game in electricity market with demand response and parameterization of supply functions

Ningxuan Guo et al.

Summary: This paper models the electricity market as a double-sided non-cooperative game with multiple electricity firms and customers, based on the supply function equilibrium model and the demand response resources scheduling model. A distributed iterative approach is proposed to obtain the Nash equilibrium solution with good convergence performance. Simulation results based on real data show the proposed model has good performance in peak shaving and improving social welfare.

A two-level game optimal dispatching model for the park integrated energy system considering Stackelberg and cooperative games

Shenbo Yang et al.

Summary: This paper constructs a two-layer game model to optimize the park integrated energy system internally and externally. It finds that cooperation between users, the gas supply system, and the park integrated energy system can improve the internal supply and demand matching of the park integrated energy system.
