IgG4-related disease is a systemic autoimmune disease that results in fibro-inflammation and affects multiple organs, including the pancreas, retroperitoneum, and lymph nodes.
IgG4-related disease is considered as a systemic autoimmune disease causing fibro-inflammation of most organs infiltrated by distinctive IgG4-positive plasma cells. Here, we report a unique picture of IgG4-related disease involving the pancreas, retroperitoneum, and lymph nodes.
