Summary: In this study, a hybrid forecast model CEEMD-QP was proposed to eliminate the nonlinear and nonstationary characteristics of satellite clock bias. The experimental results showed that the CEEMD-QP method had obvious advantages in accuracy and stability for short-term forecast.
