A new dynamic model and transfer learning based intelligent fault diagnosis framework for rolling element bearings race faults: Solving the small sample problem

Yunjia Dong et al.

Summary: This paper proposes an intelligent fault diagnosis framework based on dynamic model and transfer learning for rolling element bearings. It addresses the small sample problem by generating simulation data using a dynamic model and applying the diagnosis knowledge gained from the simulation data to real scenarios through parameter transfer strategies, ultimately improving the fault identification performance.

Establishment of Dynamic Model for Axle Box Bearing of High-Speed Trains Under Variable Speed Conditions

Yongqiang Liu et al.

Summary: In this study, a dynamic model for the bearing rotor system of a high-speed train under variable speed conditions is established. The proposed model simplifies the contact stress and considers the compensation balance excitation caused by rotor mass eccentricity. The angle iteration method is used to overcome the challenge of determining the roller space position during bearing rotation. The simulation results demonstrate the accuracy of the model in describing the dynamics of bearings under varying speed profiles.

A Novel Advancing Signal Processing Method Based on Coupled Multi-Stable Stochastic Resonance for Fault Detection

Hongjiang Cui et al.

Summary: An advanced Coupled Multi-Stable Stochastic Resonance (CMSR) method is proposed in this paper to detect motor bearing faults effectively. The effects of system parameters and coupling coefficients on the output signal-to-noise ratio are analyzed in-depth through numerical simulation, and a seeker optimization algorithm is used to adaptively optimize the SR system parameters. Lastly, the effectiveness of the CMSR method is validated using actual vibration data.
