Brief Overview of Ice Nucleation

Summary: The nucleation of ice is crucial in various fields such as cloud physics, medicine, and food engineering. However, two major unresolved challenges are the lack of a molecular-level picture of ice nucleation at an interface and limitations of classical nucleation theory.
