Summary: Cascade catalysis that combines chemical catalysis and biocatalysis, especially the integration of metal nanoparticles (MNPs) with enzymes, has attracted extensive attention. This study proposed a strategy to space-separately immobilize MNPs and enzymes to a highly stable covalent organic framework (COF). The obtained integrated nanocatalyst showed high catalytic efficiency and reusability in the degradation of organophosphate nerve agents. The versatility of the preparation strategy of COF-based integrated nanocatalyst has also been expanded.
