Analysis of fluctuations in the Raman spectra of suspended and supported graphene films

N. M. Yitzhak et al.

Summary: The repeatability of Raman scattering spectra in monolayer and bilayer CVD-grown graphene films was analyzed, showing relatively large fluctuations in I-2D/I-G value and linewidth in repeated measurements under different support conditions. Lower repeatability in bilayer samples was attributed to additional fluctuations due to twist angle variations, and the differentiation between different graphene films mainly relies on the shift in position of the RS lines.
