Analytical solution of magneto-photothermal theory during variable thermal conductivity of a semiconductor material due to pulse heat flux and volumetric heat source

A. M. S. Mahdy et al.

Summary: This study investigates the variable thermal conductivity, which depends on a linear function of temperature, during photothermal excitation processes. It considers the influence of external magnetic field on an elastic semiconductor medium with volumetric heat source and takes into account pulse heat flux and thermal memory in the generalized thermoelasticity theory. The interactions between Photo-elastic and magneto-thermal waves are described analytically.

Piezo-photo-thermoelasticity transport process for hyperbolic two-temperature theory of semiconductor material

Kh. Lotfy et al.

Summary: This study investigated the propagation of waves in a generalized piezo-photo-thermoelastic medium for the one-dimensional problem under the hyperbolic two-temperature theory. The governing equations and constitutive relationships were obtained using the Laplace transformation method. The effects of applied force on force stress, displacement, temperature distribution, and carrier density were discussed graphically.

Variable thermal conductivity and hyperbolic two-temperature theory during magneto-photothermal theory of semiconductor induced by laser pulses

A. M. S. Mahdy et al.

Summary: The main goal of this work is to investigate the interaction impact between three propagated waves, focusing on the elastic wave, plasma wave and thermal waves within the context of the hyperbolic generalized two-temperature theory. The study examines the governing equations during the photothermal theory, exploring the impact of external magnetic field and laser pulse on a semiconductor medium's outer surface. Different models of photo-thermoelasticity theory are obtained through the coupling of photothermal theory and thermoelasticity theory, and integral transforms techniques are used in solving the equations.
