Two new warrior stelae from the Zujar River basin

Summary: The purpose of the stelae in the western Iberian Peninsula remains debated after over 120 years of study, with various research areas continuing to develop. Current research focuses on archaeological surveys, GIS technology, digital modeling, petrological studies, and techniques in engraving and carving. The Institute de Arqueologia-CSIC has established a working protocol for the review and study of stelae.
