Research on the influence mechanism of emotional intelligence and psychological empowerment on customers' repurchase intention under the situation of online shopping service recovery

Summary: This study examines the impact of online store employees' emotional intelligence and psychological empowerment on customers' repurchase intention in the context of online shopping service recovery. Through a scenario experiment, the study finds that emotional intelligence and psychological empowerment have a positive effect on service recovery quality, and service recovery quality positively influences customers' repurchase intention. The results also indicate that the mediating effect of service recovery quality plays a role in the indirect relationship between online store employees' emotional intelligence and psychological empowerment and customers' repurchase intention. Additionally, online store reputation moderates the relationship between service recovery quality and customers' repurchase intention in a positive way.

Influence of emotion on purchase intention of electric vehicles: a comparative study of consumers with different income levels

However, research on the explanatory power of emotions to EVs purchase intention is lacking. This study incorporated emotions and moral norms into the TPB model to examine their impact on EVs purchase intention. The results showed that positive anticipated emotion had the greatest influence on purchase intention, followed by attitude, negative anticipated emotion, and perceived behavioral control. The effect of these factors varied among high-income and low-income consumers.
