Measuring sustainable food systems in Brazil: A framework and multidimensional index to evaluate socioeconomic, nutritional, and environmental aspects

Summary: This study introduces a sustainable food systems framework and multidimensional index for Brazil, ranking states and regions based on local behaviors and actions. The performance of states varied significantly across dimensions and indicators, with even high-scoring states having room for improvement.
