Tetrabutylammonium (TBA)-Doped Methylammonium Lead Iodide: High Quality and Stable Perovskite Thin Films

Amal Bouich et al.

Summary: This study reported the improvement of performance and stability of MAPbI(3) thin films by successive incorporation of TBA. It was found that introducing TBA could increase the crystallinity, grain size, and surface morphology of the thin films, and the films showed better stability under higher relative humidity.

InP/InGaAsP thin films based solar cells: Lattice mismatch impact on efficiency

A. Tarbi et al.

Summary: In this study, the optical properties and performance of indium gallium arsenide phosphide (InGaAsP) quaternary solar cells were investigated. The effects of temperature, pressure, and lattice mismatch on absorption and bandgap energy were studied. The study showed that physical parameters were more influenced by pressure than temperature. The results also demonstrated the importance of absorption coefficient for low bandgap energy materials.

Optimization by simulation for photovoltaic applications of the quaternary semiconductor InGaAsP epitaxed on InP substrate

A. Tarbi et al.

Summary: The aim of this study is to enhance the efficiency of photovoltaic cells by simulating and optimizing the physical properties of the quaternary semiconductor InGaAsP. The research shows that Gallium and Phosphorus concentrations have an impact on strain and bandgap energy, with strain increasing the absorption coefficient. This flexibility in structure makes InGaAsP/InP alloy promising for designing photovoltaic cells.
