The findings support the model and highlight the importance of management investing in environmental sustainability and promoting GWEN through training and rewards to encourage environmentally responsible behaviors.

Turnover intentions and workplace climate in budget hotels of India

Results show that psychological contract breach negatively affects employee engagement, behaviors, and intent to stay, while employees with high engagement demonstrate more behaviors and stronger intent to stay.
