Parent perceptions of a group telepractice communication intervention for autism

Robyn Garnett et al.

Summary: This research examines parent perceptions of a group intervention program for autism using telepractice. The study found that telepractice can reduce barriers to accessing intervention services and is acceptable to parents. Parents reported high levels of satisfaction and observed improvements in their and their children's interaction, learning, and behavior. The findings suggest that telepractice can improve service access and outcomes for both parents and children.
