Summary: The study aimed to document possible drug impairment at the time of assault by collecting keratinous specimens and testing for 25I-NBOMe and 4-MMC. Results from axillary hair and toenails indicated drug consumption, with head hair testing negative for contamination. By combining different specimen results and excluding external contamination, it was concluded that the perpetrator likely consumed the drugs at the time of the crime.
