This paper presents a systematic literature review on WOM in healthcare, providing insights into its creation, spread, and impact. It highlights the importance of staff in the service process and the influence of negative reviews. Additionally, electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) is highlighted as an important factor in patient decision-making. The paper also identifies research gaps that need to be addressed in future studies.

What Drives Construction Practitioners' Acceptance of Intelligent Surveillance Systems? An Extended Technology Acceptance Model

Summary: With the advancement of intelligent construction, the use of computer vision technology in intelligent surveillance systems has become an important tool for identifying unsafe behaviors on construction sites. However, the acceptance of such systems remains low in the construction industry. To address this issue, this study developed an intelligent surveillance system acceptance model (ISSTAM) based on the technology acceptance model approach. The research findings indicate that job relevance, government action, training, and technical support positively and indirectly influence the intention to use the system. Moreover, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and cost savings have a direct and positive impact on the intention to use, while privacy risk has a negative impact. This study provides valuable insights for the government, organizations, and technology developers to improve safety management levels through the application of intelligent surveillance systems.
