Approximate Analytic-Numeric Fuzzy Solutions of Fuzzy Fractional Equations Using a Residual Power Series Approach

Yousef Al-qudah et al.

Summary: In this article, a reliable method is proposed to create fuzzy approximated solutions for fractional order differential equations using a residual error function. The method introduces fuzzy fractional derivatives and utilizes a generalized Taylor expansion and minimization of the residual error function to obtain coefficient values for a fractional series. The performance and applicability of the method are verified through numerical examples and compared with other methods.

An Artificial Neural Network Approach for Solving Space Fractional Differential Equations

Pingfei Dai et al.

Summary: This paper proposes an artificial neural network (ANN) algorithm to approximate the solutions of fractional differential equations (FDEs). The algorithm replaces the unknown function in the equations with truncated series expansion terms and uses a neural network to obtain the series coefficients. The resulting series solution achieves a satisfactory error for the norm value of the loss function. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed ANN algorithm can achieve high accuracy and good stability in the numerical results.

Solving the fractional heat-like and wave-like equations with variable coefficients utilizing the Laplace homotopy method

Muhammad Nadeem et al.

Summary: This paper proposes an approximate solution for time fractional heat-like and wave-like equations with variable coefficients, showing results very close to the exact solution. The method, combining traditional methods with Laplace transform, is effective in tackling fractional partial differential equations with high interest. The introduced scheme using homotopy perturbation method with He's polynomials provides a series solution that converges quickly to the exact solution.
