Access, Equity, and Neutral Space: Telehealth Beyond the Pandemic

Summary: Telehealth has played a vital role during the COVID-19 pandemic, expanding access to care for many patients, but it also faces challenges such as performing physical exams and maintaining emotional connections, as well as inconsistent availability of broadband Internet and lack of standardized reimbursement procedures. There are strategies available to help address these challenges and maximize health equity.
