A new species of Ericaceae tribe Vaccinieae, Themistoclesia diminuta, is described, discussed, and illustrated in this paper. It stands out from other Themistoclesia species due to its subsessile flowers, articulate pedicel with calyx, and pale green corollas with purple lobes.
