Optimizing the NiO x /Au Interface via Postannealing of the All-Inorganic CsPbIBr2 Perovskite Solar Cells for High Efficiency

Guizhang Sheng et al.

Summary: In this study, a postannealing strategy was utilized to optimize the NiOx/Au interface in order to improve the efficiency and stability of all-inorganic CsPbIBr2 perovskite solar cells. Through electron beam evaporation and postannealing, the efficiency of the devices based on NiOx reached 6.7%, with the best performing device retaining 95% of its initial efficiency over 100 hours at 85 degrees Celsius.

Semi-transparent perovskite solar cells with bidirectional transparent electrodes

Sang-Hwi Lim et al.

Summary: This study presents high performance semi-transparent perovskite solar cells with bidirectional transparent electrodes, showing significantly improved power conversion efficiency compared to typical PSCs. The fabrication of a transparent IZTO cathode through a two-step sputtering process demonstrates the feasibility of producing high-quality transparent top cathodes for semi-transparent PSCs. These results suggest that the FTS-based two-step sputtering technique has great potential for mass production of smart windows in building-integrated photovoltaics.
