The temperature-dependent conductivity properties of KTb3F10 crystals were examined, showing thermal conductivity and ionic conductivities differences between KY3F10 and KTb3F10 single crystals due to F- ion migration activation enthalpy. Physical properties of the grown KR3F10 crystals were compared with analogs from the Na0.5-xR0.5+xF2+2x family.
