Novel tool offset fly cutting straight-groove-type micro structure arrays

Summary: A novel offset-fly-cutting-servo (OFCS) machining system was developed for fabricating straight-groove-type micro structure arrays without the Y-axis, showing effective results with well-matched morphology between machined and designed arrays.
