Summary: The study evaluated the antimalarial activity of Ranunculus japonicus extract against different strains of malaria parasites, showing significant inhibition of both chloroquine-sensitive and resistant strains. In infected mice, the extract demonstrated potent antimalarial activity with improved hepatic, renal, and hematologic parameters, indicating no apparent toxicity.
