Association between hydrochlorothiazide and the risk of in situ and invasive squamous cell skin carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma: A population-based case-control study

Summary: The study found that a cumulative dose of hydrochlorothiazide above 37,500 mg was associated with an increased risk of invasive SCC. Users of hydrochlorothiazide also had a higher risk of SCCis and BCC.
