Summary: Harboyan syndrome, characterized by congenital hereditary endothelial dystrophy (CHED) and progressive sensorineural hearing loss, is caused by mutations in SLC4A11. Most patients carry the p.Arg755Gln mutation. Satisfactory visual outcomes and graft survival were achieved after keratoplasty.
