Dynamic light scattering immunosensor based on metal-organic framework mediated gold growth strategy for the ultra-sensitive detection of alpha-fetoprotein

The proposed method was further validated with clinical serum samples and compared with a chemiluminescence immunosensor, demonstrating its potential as a novel bioanalytical platform.
