Doped SrFeO3-delta has abundant physical properties and wide applications. The crystal structure, magnetic properties, and other characteristics of SrFe1-xCuxO3-delta samples were investigated.
Doped SrFeO3-delta has attracted a lot of attention due to its abundant physical properties and wide application. A series of SrFe1-xCuxO3-delta polycrystalline samples were synthesized by solid-state reaction method, and the crystal structure and magnetic properties were investigated. All samples had a distorted cubic structure with space group Pm-3 m. The magnetic measurement results show that both parent phase and Cu doped samples exhibited spin glass behavior and exchange bias effect due to the competition between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interactions. Cu doping weakened both ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interactions and made SrFe1-xCuxO3-delta enter a single spin glass state. In addition, the thermoremanent magnetization, specific heat, and resistivity were measured for partial sample as well.
