Summary: The study found that PSP were more likely to be diagnosed with psychological injuries than musculoskeletal injuries compared to non-PSP workers, and most of them did not return to work in full after rehabilitation. Factors predicting return to work included shorter injury duration, primary mental health diagnosis, working at time of admission and not having symptoms requiring treatment in a complex rehabilitation program.
