The American Society for Clinical Pathology 2020 Vacancy Survey of Medical Laboratories in the United States

Edna Garcia et al.

Summary: This study investigated the extent and distribution of workforce shortages in medical laboratories nationwide. The survey found that the staffing of clinical laboratories and the influx of new graduates into the workforce were disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
