Human actions in supply chain management: the interplay of institutional work and institutional logics in the Russian Arctic

Summary: The study demonstrates the impact of human actions on existing SCM practice and how institutions and individuals interact to bring about changes. It highlights the role of conflicts of interest in initiating institutional work and the importance of social actions in shaping practitioner interactions. The findings suggest that changes enacted by human actions in SCM practice have led to new forms of collaboration among supply chain members in the Russian Arctic.
