A Novel 10-Parameter Motor Efficiency Model Based on I-SA and Its Comparative Application of Energy Utilization Efficiency in Different Driving Modes for Electric Tractor

Zhun Cheng et al.

Summary: This paper aims to build a more accurate and generalizable motor efficiency model for evaluating and improving the efficiency characteristics of electric vehicles. Based on bench tests of two motors with different rated powers, the paper compares and analyzes three motor efficiency modeling methods, finding that existing methods have limited generalization abilities under full working conditions. Therefore, a new modeling method combining correlation analysis, polynomial regression, and an improved simulated annealing algorithm is proposed. The paper evaluates and verifies the motor efficiency model, and then conducts a comparative analysis of the full vehicle efficiency of electric tractors with different drive systems under five working conditions. The results show that tractors with a dual motor coupling drive system have optimal economic performance.
