A confined self-assembly system based on AAO/ZnS for the detection of tetracycline is fabricated in this article. The optimized conditions for the assembly system are determined as an AAO aperture of 80-100 nm, a reaction time of 30 min, and a reaction voltage of 1.5 V. The system shows high sensitivity and effectiveness for detecting tetracycline, indicating its potential in improving the sensitivity of biomolecule detection.
Herein, a confined self-assembly system based on AAO/ZnS for the detection of tetracycline is fabricated in this article. According to the optimized experimental results, when the aperture of AAO, the reaction time, and the reaction voltage are 80-100 nm, 30 min, and 1.5 V, respectively, the best assembly system is obtained. In addition, the detection sensitivity of the system for tetracycline is investigated and the experimental results show that this system is effective and sensitive for the detection of tetracycline. This work not only proposes a new idea for combining nanomaterials and biomimetic nanochannels, but also exhibits great potential in improving the sensitivity of detecting biomolecules.
