Comprehensive analysis of phenolic compounds in four varieties of goji berries at different ripening stages by UPLC-MS/MS

Summary: It was found that rutin, isoquercitrin, and chlorogenic acid were the main phenolic components in goji berries, and their contents decreased with fruit ripening. Among the four different varieties, the rutin content was the highest in the first ripening stage, providing information on the relationship between the types and contents of phenolic compounds and the ripeness of goji berries.
