Summary: Laparoscopic adenomyomectomy with temporary occlusion of the bilateral uterine artery and the utero-ovarian vessels is a feasible surgical option for treating symptomatic adenomyosis, as it showed no significant differences in pain scores, relief of menorrhagia, and uterine volume between different surgical approaches over a 24-month follow-up period. Blood loss was significantly lower in the group with temporary occlusion compared to the group without, while operating times did not show a significant difference. Levels of anti-Mullerian hormone remained consistent throughout the follow-up period among both groups.
