A study on evaluation and influencing factors of carbon emission performance in China's new energy vehicle enterprises

Summary: The study found that the carbon emission performance of Chinese NEV enterprises is increasing year by year. Different enterprises show varying carbon emission performance in the same year, and the same enterprise has different performance in different years. Technological innovation, government support, and free cash flow significantly positively impact the carbon emission performance, while debt constraint, energy intensity, and enterprise size have a significant negative impact on the carbon emission performance of NEV enterprises.
