The trend and pattern of depression prevalence in the US: Data from National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2005 to 2016

Summary: This study analyzed six cycles of National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data from 2005 to 2016 to evaluate the trend and pattern of depression prevalence among adult population by demographic characteristics and severity of disease. The results showed that the prevalence of depression varied significantly among different demographic subgroups, with different intensity of increasing trend observed in each subgroup. Factors such as gender, marital status, age, race, education level, and poverty income ratio were found to be associated with different levels of depression prevalence.

Parenting, Pesticides and Adolescent Psychological Adjustment: A Brief Report
