Summary: The study developed a multifunctional finished linen fabric using an environment-friendly approach by modifying cellulose-based linen fabric with amino polysaccharide, zinc oxide nanoparticles, and flower extract. The modified fabric exhibited effective crease recovery, increased UV protection factor, excellent antibacterial activity, and high free radical scavenging ability. The durability of the multifunctional properties was also confirmed after several launderings.
