Summary: A novel VEGF165-specific peptide was developed and utilized as a capture agent for an enzyme-linked chemiluminescence immunoassay (ELCLIA), demonstrating wide linear range and low detection limit. The ELCLIA method showed accurate and reproducible detection of VEGF165 in human serum samples, making it a promising biointerface for sensing and tumor metastasis related diagnosis and therapy.
