Physiological Response of Avicennia marina to Salinity and Recovery

Z. Barhoumi et al.

Summary: Avicennia marina can survive under high salinity conditions and enhances salt excretion, water use efficiency, and photosynthetic activity under high salinity. The recovery process does not have significant benefits on growth, water status, and ion leakage, but can enhance photosynthetic activity.
