Summary: This study examined the impact of implementation variability and participant cumulative risk status on behavior management intervention outcomes. Results showed that compliance with the intervention had a significant effect on reducing disruptive behavior, with more compliance leading to greater reductions. The findings suggest the importance of optimizing implementation and tailoring interventions based on participants' risk exposure.
